Oshy is a hydration tracking application that helps you monitor and improve your daily water intake through personalized targets and companion-based engagement.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Oshy. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Oshy only for its intended purpose. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or interfere with the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, characters (including Oshy and future Siplets), and branding are the property of Kularion FZCO. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Health Disclaimer

Oshy provides general hydration guidance based on publicly available health guidelines. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional health consultation. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical decisions. Your daily target is a personalized estimate, not a clinical prescription.

7. Limitation of Liability

Oshy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Kularion FZCO is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to health outcomes based on hydration targets.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Oshy at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Oshy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
