When you join our waitlist, we collect your name and email address via Tally, our form provider.

App Information (when launched)

To personalize your hydration target, Oshy collects: weight, age, sex, activity level, and hydration logs. This data stays on your device unless you opt into cloud features.

Analytics and Device Information

We use PostHog for product analytics and Firebase for crash reporting and performance monitoring. These services may collect device information and usage patterns.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Consent — when you voluntarily join our waitlist or submit a contact form
• Legitimate interest — to improve the app through analytics and ensure stability through crash reporting
• Contract performance — to provide the Oshy service when you use the app

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or the waitlist closes. Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months.
